Vicente Negrete holds a master’s degree in industrial engineering and has built his career around improving manufacturing efficiency, product quality, and design execution. He began his professional journey in the automotive manufacturing industry, where he developed a strong foundation in lean manufacturing, process optimization, and operational excellence. Vicente is also a certified Six Sigma Black Belt, bringing a data-driven approach to continuous improvement and problem-solving.

Throughout his career, Vicente became increasingly frustrated with engineering packages that failed to meet the needs of manufacturing and field installation teams. Poorly developed drawings, incomplete information, and designs that were difficult to fabricate often created unnecessary waste, delays, and rework. Rather than accepting these challenges, Vicente transitioned into engineering to become part of the solution.

His focus has been on developing complete Design for Manufacturing (DFM) drawing packages and detailed field erection drawings that enable efficient fabrication, assembly, and installation. By bridging the gap between engineering and operations, Vicente has helped organizations improve productivity, reduce errors, and streamline project execution.

Today, Vicente works at the front end of projects, collaborating closely with sales, engineering, manufacturing, and installation teams from concept through project completion. He is actively involved in developing manufacturable solutions during the sales phase and remains engaged throughout design, fabrication, and field installation to ensure successful project delivery. His hands-on approach and deep understanding of both engineering and manufacturing make him a valuable contributor throughout the entire project lifecycle.
