Ryan's passion for welding began at a young age, as he learned alongside his father while working on projects in the family garage. He took to the craft naturally and has been honing his skills ever since. Today, welding isn't just his profession—it's his passion.

Known as a true welding enthusiast, Ryan has an exceptional depth of technical knowledge in welding processes, metallurgy, procedure development, and manufacturing technologies. He enjoys understanding not just how to make a weld, but why the process works, making him a valuable technical resource for complex fabrication challenges.

Ryan is a Certified FANUC Welding Robot Integrator and has successfully designed, integrated, and implemented robotic welding systems into high-volume manufacturing production lines. His expertise bridges traditional craftsmanship with advanced automation, allowing organizations to improve quality, consistency, and productivity.

In addition to his technical expertise, Ryan has earned his Six Sigma Black Belt, applying Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement principles to optimize production, eliminate waste, and improve operational performance.

Today, Ryan serves as Plant Manager for one of Bentley's manufacturing facilities in Greeley, Colorado, where he leads operations with a focus on safety, quality, productivity, and developing the next generation of skilled welders and manufacturing professionals. His unique combination of hands-on welding experience, automation expertise, and operational leadership makes him an integral part of Bentley's mission to build world-class manufacturing operations.
