Bo Ramsey has built a diverse and accomplished career in the oil and gas industry, starting as a roustabout and working his way up to a wireline engineer and wireline hand, with over 10 years of hands-on experience in the field. His deep understanding of the technical side of the industry laid a strong foundation for his transition into sales, his current role is business development for Bentley Welding, where he leverages his passion for people and growth. Over the years, Bo has excelled in growing teams, people and expanding sales across over 30 states and various industries, always focusing on building relationships and driving success.

Outside of his professional accomplishments, Bo’s true passion lies in coaching youth sports and being a constant presence in the lives of his four children, supporting them at all their events. Family is at the heart of everything he does. In addition to his professional and family life, Bo also had the unique experience of living in Portugal, adding an international perspective to his approach to both work and life.
