Austin Roberts is a results-driven Project Manager with experience spanning the semiconductor, data center, and mission-critical infrastructure industries. Currently leading projects at Bentley Mission Critical, Austin combines technical expertise, operational knowledge, and strong leadership to successfully deliver complex projects from concept through installation.

His career began in plastics and metals fabrication, where he developed a hands-on understanding of manufacturing processes, production management, quality systems, and operational execution. This foundation provides him with a unique ground-up perspective on how projects are engineered, fabricated, assembled, and ultimately delivered to customers.

At Bentley Mission Critical, Austin leads cross-functional teams responsible for the entire project lifecycle. Working closely with engineering, procurement, quality, manufacturing, logistics, subcontractors, and field installation crews, he ensures every project is executed efficiently and meets customer expectations.

Austin's team owns projects from kickoff through final completion, coordinating activities across multiple manufacturing facilities and installation sites. He is accountable for overall project performance, including adherence to schedule, budget management, quality assurance, customer communication, risk mitigation, and successful project delivery. His focus is simple: deliver projects safely, on time, on budget, and with the highest standards of quality.

Known for his collaborative leadership style and commitment to execution, Austin excels at aligning teams, solving complex challenges, and driving projects to successful completion.

Outside of work, Austin enjoys spending weekends fishing, attending automotive events, and showcasing his Corvette at local car shows. He is also an avid animal lover who enjoys spending time with his cats and dogs. His passion for craftsmanship, performance, and attention to detail extends beyond the workplace and into the hobbies he enjoys with family and friends.
